AJ's Big Mac Classic

The AJ's Big Mack Classic Fishing Tournament is September 17-19, Destin, Florida. The tournament will feature all King Mackerel. Cash prizes will be awarded to the three largest fish as well as aggregate awards for second and third place. Each division will offer cash prizes to the largest fish. There are three divisions. All fish must weigh in to be eligible for cash awards.

The event is expected to attract over 30,000 anglers this year. This year, prizes are more generous than ever. Extra divisions and changes in the rules have made the tournament better than ever. The King Mackerel Award section will award $100 to whoever has the biggest King Mackerel caught in one day. This pot increases throughout the tournament. At the end of each tournament, the angler that caught the biggest king mackerel on a single day will receive 25% of the prize cash. The rest will be donated to local charities.

Fishing for Miracles

Fishing enthusiasts are eager to host the King Mackerel Tournament again after a quarter century in Charleston, South Carolina. The Coastal Conservation Association of South Carolina will host the event. MUSC Children's Hospital's PICU will also benefit. The charity has given over 600,000.00 dollars to worthy beneficiaries. The tournament will host several other charitable events.

Hanckel Marine is a full-service boat dealership in Charleston. Hanckel Marine will be once again the tournament's sponsor. From Thursday, August 16, to Saturday, August 18, the three-day King Mackerel Tournament will be held at Ripley light Yacht Club in Charleston. Swansboro Five One

Swansboro Rotary Club Five-O King Mackerel Fishes Tournament allows you to compete for prizes and be recognized. The tournament was held Saturday, October 23, 2021. It included a weekend of good fishing. This tournament is sponsored by local merchants and raises funds for Take a Kid Fishing and Project Christmas Cheer. Participating players can win one, five or fifty cash prizes.

The Swansboro Rotary Club King Mackerel Blue Water Tournament has become one of the club's most important fundraising events. The tournament's initial prize pool was $10,000, with less than 100 participants. The prize purse was now over $100,000, and Lee Moore became the master of ceremonies in 1988. In addition to attracting more fishing enthusiasts, the tournament was also one of the first to be on the Southern Kingfish Association's circuit.

Registration for the tournament is open until midnight on the Thursday before the tournament. Thursday, Oct. 22nd and Friday Oct. 23rd are the fishing days. Brant McMullan was there to join Brayden Schmitt and Schmitt. They fished Shallotte Ledge three hours. They ran to the mouth to search for fish. Brayden was greeted eventually by a crowd. Schmitt revealed the 52-pound winner of first place as he held his bag.

Charleston Harbor Resort

The Carolina Kingfish Classic 3rd Annual at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina is an all-day fishing festival featuring live entertainment, auctions and southern hospitality. Motor boats only are permitted to take king mackerel. The tournament will include live music on the beach and an after party with live auctions. Windwood Farm Home for Children will benefit the Carolina Kingfish Classic.

Participants may participate in the tournament by launching their boats at a port of their choice and fishing any of three days. Brien Bethards and the crew chose deep-fishing Friday. They left Charleston Harbor Friday to arrive at the spot on Saturday. There they hooked up with a huge king mackerel. In under an hour, they were able to land a couple fish more than 100 pounds.

Fishing For Miracles began in 1994. More than $1 million was raised for children's charities. Muckenfuss was a businessman and Dennis Lee an offshore fisherman. The tournament attracted 288 participants in its peak season. Since then, the tournament has seen a decline in participation. In 2018, however, 118 teams took part. Participants can also bring their kids and parents along.

Step 1 - Cut two pieces of twine to a length of 3/4 inch.

Step 2: Divide one length of twine in half.
